Rancho Cucamonga, California (September 12, 2019) – Minor injuries were sustained in a traffic crash that happened on Friday morning in the area of Rancho Cucamonga, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The collision happened at around 11:29 a.m. Friday, on Highway 60 and Central Avenue.

As per the CHP officials, a vehicle and a pickup truck carrying water crashed for unknown reasons.

An ambulance was dispatched to the scene to attend to the crash victims. The number of injured parties and their current condition was not immediately released.

Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the crash site.

A SigAlert was issued closing lane 1 and the HOV lane following the crash. All lanes were opened as of 12:56 p.m.

No additional information concerning this crash was provided.
