Rancho Cordova, CA: Fatal 2-Vehicle Crash on Highway 50
1 Person Killed in Rancho Cordova Crash on Highway 50 at Sunrise Boulevard Off-Ramp
Rancho Cordova, California (January 4, 2021) – One person was killed in a suspected DUI accident on Sunday night in Rancho Cordova, authorities said.
The deadly two-vehicle accident happened at about 8:50 p.m., on January 3, on eastbound Highway 50 at the Sunrise Boulevard off-ramp.
According to the California Highway Patrol, two vehicles collided on the highway in unclear circumstances.

One was taken to a hospital, where they later died.
According to officials, one other person was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and or drugs.
More details about the accident were not immediately available.
The crash remains under investigation.
