Ramona, California (November 25, 2020) – A pedestrian died after being struck by a truck Tuesday night in Ramona, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The fatal incident happened at about 7:29 p.m. on 24135 Barona Mesa Road.
As per the report, the victim was hit by a white truck under unclear circumstances.
The pedestrian died of injuries sustained in the accident.
The vehicle was towed away from the scene for evidence.
CHP is investigating the cause of the accident.
