Rafael Rodriguez Injured in Car Crash on 5 Freeway near Crown Valley Parkway in Mission Viejo
Mission Viejo, California (June 12, 2020) – A man was hospitalized after being hurt in a car accident in Mission Viejo, Orange County, on Thursday afternoon.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at about 2:45 p.m. June 11, in the southbound lanes of Interstate 5 Freeway near Crown Valley Parkway.
A white sedan and a second vehicle were involved in the accident. The sedan sustained major front-end damage in the collision.

52-year-old Rafael Rodriguez sustained minor injuries in the accident and was transported to Mission Viejo for treatment.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
The CHP is investigating the cause of the accident.
