1 Injured in Porter Ranch Pedestrian Accident on Highway 118 at Tampa Avenue
Porter Ranch, California (November 17, 2019) – A pedestrian sustained major injuries after being struck by a vehicle early Sunday morning on a highway in Porter Ranch, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The accident happened at about 1:09 a.m. on westbound Highway 118 at Tampa Avenue.
A pedestrian was hit by a Chrysler car for unknown reasons.
The victim sustained major injuries in the accident, and an ambulance was dispatched to the scene to transport them to the hospital.
Authorities said two other traffic collisions happened in the same area at around the same time. One of the crashes involved a car that crashed into the center divider and another that involved a Jeep and the Infiniti.
Authorities are investigating the collisions.
