At Least 1 Sustains Major Injuries in Placerville Truck Crash on Mother Lode Drive near Missouri Flat Road
Placerville, California (November 27, 2020) – At least one person suffered major injuries when two trucks collided Thursday afternoon in Placerville, the California Highway Patrol reported.
CHP said the vehicles collided at about 1:40 p.m. on Mother Lode Drive just west of Missouri Flat Road.
A Ford F-250 and another pickup truck were involved in the crash.
One of the trucks ended up in a ditch, and the other was blocking Mother Lode Drive.
At least one person sustained severe injuries in the crash. An ambulance was requested to transport the victim to the hospital.
A dog involved in the crash also appeared injured.
The cause and manner of the crash remained unknown, but CHP is investigating.
