Placer County Multi-Vehicle Crash on Interstate 80 Freeway near Nyack Road Results in Major Injuries
Placer County, California (January 23, 2021) – A traffic collision involving multiple vehicles on an interstate in Placer County Friday morning resulted in major injuries.
The 9:40 a.m. crash took place on the westbound I-80 Freeway near Nyack Road on January 22.
As per the California Highway Patrol report, a truck slammed into multiple vehicles, including a white Ford F-150 pickup truck and a white Toyota Tacoma pickup truck for unknown reasons.
Major Injury Placer County Multi-Vehicle Collision
Due to the impact, two of the automobiles were trapped between the big rig and a wall.
The wreck resulted in major injuries to an unspecified number of victims.
