Placer County Single-Vehicle Crash on Mosquito Ridge Road Injures 2 Victims
Placer County, California (December 22, 2020) – Major injuries were sustained in a single-vehicle crash Sunday morning in Placer County, according to a report by the California Highway Patrol.
The solo-car accident took place on Mosquito Ridge Road on December 20.
As per the dispatch, a vehicle of unspecified make and model swerved off the highway before rolling 1,000 feet down a cliff
Due to the impact, the male driver was pinned inside the wreckage while a female passenger was ejected from the car.
2 Hurt, 1 Seriously in Placer County Accident
The motorist sustained major injuries while her passenger survived with moderate injuries following the wreck.
Meanwhile, the male party was flown to CALSTAR Air Medical Services for further medication.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
