Pittsburg, CA: CHP Investigating Multi-Vehicle Crash on Bailey Road
Minor Injuries Sustained in Pittsburg Accident on Bailey Road
Pittsburg, California (May 12, 2021) – Four vehicles were involved in a traffic collision Tuesday afternoon in Pittsburg, resulting in minor injuries, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The pileup happened at about 3:38 p.m. near the 1199 block of Bailey Road.
As per the report, a white Ford Mustang, a black Honda Civic, and two other vehicles collided for unknown reasons, blocking both directions of the roadway.
Emergency crews rushed to the scene to help an unknown number of parties who sustained minor injuries.
The Civic was towed away with major left side damage and the Mustang with a broken left rear axle.
CHP is investigating the collision.
