2 Injured in Pittsburg Multi-Vehicle Accident on California Delta Highway and Railroad Avenue
Pittsburg, California (December 6, 2019) – Two people were injured in a traffic collision that involved three vehicles in Pittsburg, according to a report by the California Highway Patrol.
The multi-vehicle collision was reported at about 2:41 p.m. on California Delta Highway and Railroad Avenue.
As per the CHP report, a white Honda, white SUV, and a blue Toyota collided on the highway for reasons still under an active investigation.
Officials said one of the cars crashed into a wall and another against the center divider upon the impact.
2 Hurt After Three Vehicles Crashed in Pittsburg
One person suffered a leg injury as a result of the collision. The initial report indicated that a second person was not able to get out of their car after the wreck.
At least one of the victims was transported to the hospital by an ambulance for treatment.
The CHP is gathering more evidence to identify the cause of the accident.
