Pinon Hills, CA: 1 Hospitalized after Multi-Vehicle Collision on Highway 138
1 Sustains Minor Injuries in Pinon Hills Crash on Highway 138 near Smoke Tree Road
Pinon Hills, California (April 21, 2021) – One person was hospitalized after multiple vehicles collided Tuesday afternoon in Pinon Hills, the California Highway Patrol said.
The pileup was reported at around 3:44 p.m. on Highway 138 near Smoke Tree Road.
Seven vehicles, including a tan Toyota Camry, a black Toyota Corolla, and a white Ford F-550, collided for unknown reasons.
San Bernardino County firefighters responded to the scene and transported one person who complained of pain to Desert Valley Hospital.
The condition of the other motorists involved in the crash remained unknown.
CHP is collecting more information to establish the cause of the accident.
