Lancaster, California (April 2, 2021) – Phate Jones Jr., 34, of Quartz Hill, has been identified as the person who was killed after a vehicle crashed into a house on Thursday morning in Lancaster, according to the coroner’s office.
The deadly accident occurred at about 10:30 a.m., on April 1, at North 60th Street West and West Avenue M.
According to the officials, a vehicle driven by Jones Jr. crashed into a building in unclear circumstances.
Sadly, Jones Jr. was pronounced dead at the scene.
More details about the accident were not immediately available.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
