Phala Neuo Killed in San Francisco Car Crash on Cesar Chavez and Vermont Street
San Francisco, California (April 5, 2019) – Police have identified a 31-year-old woman killed in a vehicle crash last month in San Francisco as Phala Neuo of Richmond, as per a local news source.
The crash took place at about 3:00 a.m. March 30, on Cesar Chavez and Vermont Street north of Bayshore Boulevard.
Police said a silver Chevy Camaro ran into a concrete divider near the intersection of Cesar Chavez and Vermont Street and was later struck by a Nissan sedan.
Phala Neuo Killed in San Francisco Car Accident
Neuo was a passenger in the Camaro and was pronounced dead at the scene. Two other passengers in the same vehicle were injured and were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The occupants of the Nissan were unhurt.
The accident remains under investigation.
