Perris, California (May 6, 2019) – Several people sustained possible injuries in a traffic crash that involved multiple vehicles in Perris today, according to the California Highway Patrol report.

The multi-vehicle accident was reported on May 5, on state Route Highway 74 at Sophie Street.

The accident involved a Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck and a black Nissan Altima. The wreck happened when one of the cars broadsided the other for unknown reasons. Due to the impact, the Nissan was smoking after the crash. As per the report, a silver Honda might also have involved in the accident.

Meanwhile, the paramedics responded at the scene to offer first aid treatment to the injured parties. The extent of the injuries suffered, and the number of the victims hurt has not yet been released to this time.

The CHP report stated that both the Nissan and the pickup required tow trucks to remove them from the scene of the accident.
