Minor Injuries Sustained in Palmdale Traffic Crash at Sierra Highway and Angeles Forest Highway
Palmdale, California (January 12, 2019) – Authorities are investigating a traffic collision that took place Friday night at an intersection in Palmdale.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at about 10:04 p.m. at Sierra Highway and Angeles Forest Highway.
A Chrysler 200 and a big rig were involved in the collision. The manner of the crash remained unknown.
First responders found the Chrysler wedged under the big rig. The semi-truck possibly caught on fire after the impact.
An unknown number of parties sustained minor injuries in the accident. Paramedics responded to the scene to help the victims.
Towing services were needed to clear the collision scene.
CHP is investigating the accident.
