Palm Desert, California (April 12, 2019)  – Two people were injured in a traffic collision in Palm Desert on Thursday afternoon, according to a local news source.

The wreck happened around 12:15 p.m. April 11, near Fred Waring Drive and San Pablo Avenue.

According to the news source, at least two vehicles were involved. The impact caused a grey SUV to roll over.

The woman driving the overturned vehicle was hospitalized for treatment of minor injuries. One passenger in another vehicle was also hospitalized with unknown injuries.

The SUV sustained significant damage while a red sedan had major front-end damage. A red colored sedan which may also have been involved in the accident had major front-end damage.

An investigation to find out the cause of the collision is ongoing.
