Otay Mesa, California (June 10, 2021) – One person was killed in a Thursday morning traffic accident in Otay Mesa in Otay Mesa, authorities said.
The deadly accident transpired at about 9:30 a.m. on Otay Mesa Road just west of Alta Road near a driveway to an empty lot.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a motorcycle collided with a semi-truck on the roadway in unclear circumstances.
Sadly, one person sustained fatal injuries in the accident.
