Man Critically Injured in Ontario Pedestrian Accident on Holt Boulevard near Corona Avenue
Ontario, California (December 29, 2020) – A male pedestrian was critically injured after being struck by a vehicle Sunday night in Ontario, according to a local news source.
The crash was reported at about 10:45 p.m. Sunday, December 27, on Holt Boulevard near Corona Avenue.
Authorities said the man was walking across the street outside a crosswalk when he was hit by a Toyota Corolla that was heading eastbound.
Pedestrian Critically Injured in Ontario Crash Sunday
The man sustained critical injuries and was transported to a local hospital. His name and current condition were not disclosed.
The driver of the Toyota, a Redlands woman, stopped at the scene after the crash. She was not arrested.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
