Pleasant Hill, California (July 8, 2019) – One firefighter was hospitalized after a fire incident that occurred on Sunday evening in Pleasant Hill, according to the authorities.

The incident was reported shortly after 5 p.m. July 7, along Old Rodgers Ranch Court near Rodgers Ranch Heritage Center historical site.

Authorities said two houses were engulfed in flames and both collapsed. The fire was contained by the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District crews who responded to the incident.
