Olympic Valley, California (January 6, 2019) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating a traffic collision that happened Saturday afternoon in Olympic Valley.
As per the CHP report, the accident happened at about 1:45 p.m. on southbound Highway 89 near Alpine Meadows Road.
Two vehicles collided for unknown reasons. The manner of the accident was not yet established at the time of the report.
An unknown number of parties sustained minor injuries in the accident, and an ambulance was sent to the scene to offer medical aid to the victims.
Both vehicles were towed away from the collision scene.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the accident.
