Olivia West Killed in Car Accident on San Fernando Road and Lankershim Boulevard in Sun Valley
Olivia West ID’d as Second Victim in Sun Valley Crash on San Fernando Road and Lankershim Boulevard
Sun Valley, California (April 18, 2019) – The second victim of a deadly hit-and-run crash that occurred Friday night in Sun Valley has been identified as Olivia Enriquez West, 59, of Sun Valley resident, according to authorities.
The fatal accident took place at around 7:10 p.m. Friday, April 12 on San Fernando Road and Lankershim Boulevard.
According to police, a 1998 Toyota Corolla was turning left onto Lankershim Boulevard when it collided with a 2015 white Dodge Charger that was traveling eastbound on San Fernando at a high rate of speed.
Police said the white Charger was racing with a dark-coloured Dodge Charger when the tragic accident occurred.

Olivia and her husband of 25 years, Leland West, who were occupants of the Toyota, were pronounced dead at the scene.
Three occupants of the white Charger were taken to the hospital, including the 25-year-old female driver from Pacoima. As per the report, the driver and a female passenger remained hospitalized while a male passenger was released after being treated for minor injuries.
The male driver of the dark Dodge did not stop at the scene and remained on the run.
The crash is still under investigation.
