Port Hueneme, California (February 11, 2019) – A police officer was injured when a vehicle being loaded onto a tow truck fell and struck her on Sunday night in Port Hueneme, according to the Port Hueneme Police Department.
The incident was reported at about 8:18 p.m. February 10, in the 500 block of Ventura Road near East Clara Road.
Police said Officer Gladys Rosete was at the scene of an earlier accident where a van had crashed into three parked vehicles.
