56-Year-Old Man Killed in North Highlands Car Accident on Roseville Road near Palm Avenue
North Highlands, California (October 3, 2020) – A 56-year-old man was killed in a head-on car crash on Friday afternoon in North Highlands, authorities said.
Just before 12:30 p.m., the California Highway Patrol responded to the deadly accident on Roseville Road, north of Palm Avenue.
According to the CHP, a van, driven by the man, was headed southbound just north of Watt Avenue when, for an unknown reason, it drifted and smashed into a couple of parked cars.
The van reportedly continued and crashed head-on into a Ford Escape.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the Ford sustained minor injuries.
More details about the accident were not immediately available.
The crash remains under investigation.
