Motorcyclist Seriously Injured in Nipomo Car Accident on Orchard Road near Nipomo Regional Park
Nipomo, California (January 26, 2019) – A motorcyclist was seriously injured Friday afternoon in a traffic crash in Nipomo, according to a report by the California Highway Patrol.
The crash, which was reported at about 2:37 p.m. Friday, January 25, happened in the 200 block of Orchard Road near Nipomo Regional Park.
As per the CHP report, two people were riding a motorcycle on Orchard Road when for an undetermined reason they collided with a white Jeep Compass.
Medical personnel responded to the scene and rendered aid to at least one motorcyclist who sustained major injuries in the crash. The victim was then taken to a hospital for further treatment.
The name of the patient and their condition were not immediately disclosed.
The crash remains under investigation.
