Victims Killed in La Crescenta-Montrose 2-Vehicle Collision on 210 Freeway ID’d as Nicole Ardon and James Haddid
La Crescenta-Montrose, California (August 4, 2020) – 27-year-old James Haddid, of Pasadena, and Nicole Ardon, 23, has been identified as the drivers who died following a head-on collision in La Crescenta-Montrose early Monday morning.
The fatal two-vehicle crash was reported at about 2:41 a.m., August 3, on 210 Freeway near Ocean View Boulevard.
Ardon, a Sunland resident, was driving her vehicle westbound in the eastbound lanes of the interstate when she crashed head-on with a second automobile operated by Haddid.
Due to the impact, the car driven by Ardon caught fire.
Sadly, both motorists were pronounced dead at the crash site.
Another male victim riding in Ardon’s automobile was hospitalized with major injuries after the mishap.
The wreck resulted in the closure of all eastbound lanes of the highway for an unknown time.
The fatal accident remains under investigation.
