Fairfield, California (September 9, 2020) – Nicholas Nguyen, 16, of Suisun City, has been identified as the man who was killed in a multi-vehicle accident on Monday morning in Fairfield, authorities said.
At about 2:35 a.m., on September 7, the California Highway Patrol responded to the deadly accident along westbound Interstate 80 at East Midway Road.
The CHP said a blue Audi and white BMW collided, and both drivers got out of their vehicles to exchange information when a Toyota Camry struck the BMW. A Honda Civic then hit the Toyota.
According to the officials, Nguyen was trapped by one of the crashed vehicles against the center median.

Sadly, Nguyen was pronounced dead at the scene.
Traffic on the roadway was blocked for several hours due to the accident.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
