Minor Injuries Sustained in Newport Beach Crash on Highway 73 near Jamboree Road
Newport Beach, California (June 1, 2021) – Authorities are investigating a motorcycle collision that happened Monday evening on a highway in Newport Beach.
The California Highway Patrol said the collision occurred at around 6:43 p.m. on northbound Highway 73, just south of Jamboree Road.
A motorcycle collided with a car of unknown make and model under unclear circumstances.
Several motorists stopped to help the motorcyclist who suffered minor injuries. An ambulance was sent to the scene to provide medical aid to the victim.
The cause of the crash will be established when authorities conclude their investigation.
