Newhall, California (March 6, 2019) – At least one person was injured in a car accident that happened in Newhall on Wednesday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened on the northbound lanes of Interstate 5 Freeway near Vista Del Lago Road at about 8:49 a.m.
As per the report, two vehicles were involved in the collision. However, the events preceding the collision were not immediately established.
The paramedics who responded to the incident had to extricate one person who was trapped in the wreckage.
The victim is reported to have suffered head injuries in the crash.
