1 Injured in Newhall Car Accident on The Old Road near 5 Freeway
Newhall, California (September 7, 2020) – One person was hospitalized after being injured in a car crash near Newhall in Santa Clarita on Monday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened on The Old Road near Interstate 5 Freeway at about 4:36 a.m.
A gray Nissan Sentra was traveling on the roadway when it lost control for unknown reasons and crashed into a fire hydrant.
The authorities who responded to the incident confirmed that one person inside the vehicle had been injured in the collision. However, the severity of the injuries sustained by the victim was not immediately disclosed.
