Rider Injured in Napa Motorcycle Crash at Pope Canyon and Berryessa Knoxville Roads
Napa, California (December 6, 2020) – A motorcyclist was injured after colliding with a car Sunday afternoon at an intersection in Napa, as per a California Highway Patrol report.
CHP said at around 2:41 p.m., a motorcycle collided with a white Ford Focus at Pope Canyon and Berryessa Knoxville roads for unknown reasons.
The motorcycle ended up about 10-15 feet off the roadway, and the Ford acquired major left-side damage.
Firefighters responded to the scene to help the rider who sustained a possible leg injury. Reach 3 was in the area and was possibly landing to airlift the victim to the hospital, authorities said.
CHP officers are investigating to determine the cause of the accident.
