Nancy Padilla ID’d as Woman Killed in Wasco Collision at Sherwood Avenue and Highway 43
Wasco, California (June 7, 2021) – Nancy Elizabeth Padilla, 35, has been identified by the Kern County Sheriff’s Office as the woman killed in a two-vehicle collision that occurred Saturday morning north of Wasco.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the deadly crash was reported just before 11:15 a.m. June 5, at the intersection of Sherwood Avenue and Highway 43.
CHP said two vehicles collided at the intersection under unclear circumstances.
Nancy Elizabeth Padilla Killed in Crash near Wasco
Padilla was pronounced dead at the scene.
Another person sustained major injuries, while a third patient had minor injuries.
The cause of the collision remained under investigation.
