Nai Wen Fan Killed in Harbor City Pedestrian Accident on South Vermont Avenue
Nai Wen Fan ID’d as Pedestrian Struck and Killed by Vehicle on South Vermont Avenue in Harbor City

Harbor City, California (December 12, 2019) – The pedestrian who was struck and killed by a vehicle Monday evening in the area of Harbor City has been identified by authorities as Nai Wen Fan, 68, of Harbor City.
The fatal pedestrian crash happened at about 6:30 p.m. Monday, December 9 in the 25700 block of South Vermont, between Pacific Coast Highway and Harbor Village Drive.
Authorities said Fan was walking on the highway when he was hit by a silver Hyundai 4 runner.
Nai Wen Fan Dies after Being Struck and Killed by Vehicle in Harbor City
Fire crews responded to the scene and declared Fan dead at the scene.
The driver of the Hyundai stopped after the collision and cooperated with the investigation.
The LAPD is investigating the cause of the accident.
