Murphys, California (December 5, 2019) – A pedestrian was hospitalized after sustaining injuries following a collision with a vehicle in Murphys, Calaveras County, on Thursday afternoon.
According to a local news source, the pedestrian accident happened at about 3:30 p.m. on Big Trees Road near Highway 4.
The California Highway Patrol said an elderly female driver was driving a vehicle on the roadway and struck a flagger.
