Injuries Reported in Studio City Car Crash on Highway 170 near Riverside Drive
Studio City, California (May 27, 2021) – Injuries were reported in a multi-vehicle collision that occurred in Studio City on Thursday morning.
The collision occurred at about 9:22 a.m. on southbound Highway 170 near Riverside Drive, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A gray Chevrolet Trailblazer, a white van, and a third vehicle were involved in the crash. Although the manner in which the collision occurred was yet to be established, the Chevy is reported to have caught fire after the collision.
The authorities said the collision resulted in injuries and an ambulance was called to the scene of the accident.
No additional information about the crash was provided.
The CHP is investigating the cause of the accident.
