Mountain Center, CA: Traffic Crash on Highway 74 at Ribbonwood Drive
Minor Injuries Sustained in Mountain Center Accident on Highway 74 at Ribbonwood Drive
Mountain Center, California (February 23, 2021) – Two vehicles collided Monday morning on a highway in Mountain Center, resulting in minor injuries, the California Highway Patrol said.
Cal Fire and CHP officials responded to the scene after reports of the crash that happened at around 8:37 a.m. on Highway 74 at Ribbonwood Drive.
The responders found a black sedan and another car involved in the accident and blocking the roadway.
The authorities did not immediately establish the cause or manner of the crash that left an unknown number of parties with minor injuries.
An ambulance was requested to the scene to help the victims.
Tow trucks were needed to remove the vehicles from the scene.
An investigation to establish the cause of the crash is ongoing.
