Motorcyclist Seriously Injured in Fiery Crash on 110 Freeway in South Park

South Park, California (October 6, 2020) – Authorities are investigating a Monday morning fiery motorcycle accident that left one person seriously injured in South Park.
The accident happened at about 1:30 a.m., on October 5, on northbound 110 Freeway at Vernon Avenue.
According to the police, the motorcyclist crashed in the northbound lanes of the freeway in unclear circumstances.
First responders arrived at the scene and extinguished flames, which had engulfed the motorcycle.
The rider was transported to a hospital with major injuries.
More details about the accident were not immediately available.
The crash remains under investigation.
