Rider Dies in Woodside Motorcycle Accident on State Highway 84 near Portola Road
Woodside, California (July 19, 2019) – A motorcyclist was killed Friday afternoon in a traffic accident in Woodside, according to authorities.
The deadly crash, which was reported at about 4:50 p.m., happened on State Highway 84, approximately a half-mile west of Portola Road.
The California Highway Patrol said the motorcyclist slammed into a car on State Highway 84 for undetermined reasons.

The rider sustained severe injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident. The name of the victim has not been disclosed pending notification of family.
The road was shut down as authorities investigated the crash.
