Rider Killed in Moreno Valley Motorcycle Crash on Highway 60 near Perris Boulevard

Moreno Valley, California (February 22, 2020) – A motorcyclist died Friday evening after colliding with a car on Highway 60 in Moreno Valley, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The crash took place at about 6:40 p.m. in the westbound lanes, just west of Perris Boulevard.
As per CHP, a party in a BMW involved in the crash called authorities reporting the accident. Another witness called saying the motorcyclist was allegedly swerving in and out of lanes before the collision.
The driver of the BMW was performing CPR on the rider after the accident.
Authorities said the motorcyclist died in the accident.
The motorcycle was found hidden in bushes on the right-hand shoulder with lights on.
CHP said alcohol or drugs are believed to be a factor in the crash.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
