Motorcyclist Dies, 1 Injured in Moreno Valley Crash at Cactus Avenue and Elsworth Street

Moreno Valley, California (June 7, 2019) – A motorcyclist was killed and one other person was injured Friday evening in a traffic collision at a Moreno Valley intersection, according to authorities.
The fatal accident happened at around 6:40 p.m. at the intersection of Cactus Avenue and Elsworth Street.
Authorities said the motorcyclist collided with a pickup for an unspecified reason at the Moreno Valley intersection.
The rider, who has not been identified pending notification of family, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The other person was taken by land ambulance to a nearby hospital in unknown condition.
Authorities shut down the intersection as they investigated the crash.
