Fatal Injuries Reported in Montgomery Creek Crash on Highway 299 near Moose Camp Road
Montgomery Creek, California (October 16, 2020) – Fatal injuries were reported in a two-vehicle accident on Friday afternoon in Montgomery Creek, authorities said.
At about 2:00 p.m., the California Highway Patrol responded to the deadly accident on Highway 299 East near Moose Camp Road.
The CHP said a white pickup truck drifted into the partway of oncoming traffic and collided with a small blue car in unclear circumstances.
Following the collision, the truck continued off the roadway before hitting a tree.

At least one person sustained fatal injuries in the accident.
