Montecito, California (April 25, 2021) – A pedestrian was hospitalized with serious injuries following a traffic collision Friday afternoon in Montecito.

The major injury crash took place at 2243 Sycamore Canyon Road near Cold Spring Elementary School at approximately 12:20 p.m.

As per the California Highway Patrol report, an individual was hit by a vehicle on the highway under unclear circumstances.
