Montclair, CA: Fatal Car Accident on 10 Freeway at Central Avenue
1 Killed in Montclair Crash on San Bernardino (10) Freeway at Central Avenue
Montclair, California (November 8, 2020) – One person was killed in a single-vehicle rollover crash in Montclair Saturday night, the California Highway Patrol reported.
According to the CHP, the deadly crash occurred at about 9:14 p.m. Saturday, November 7, in the westbound lane of the San Bernardino (10) Freeway at Central Avenue.
The CHP said a sport utility vehicle was traveling westbound on the San Bernardino (10) Freeway when, for an unknown reason, it crashed on the roadway.
The SUV then rolled over and caught fire.
The driver was pronounced dead at the scene. The name of the victim has not been disclosed pending notification of family.
No other injuries were reported.
The CHP is investigating the cause of the accident.
