Rider Injured in Topaz Lake Motorcycle Accident on Highway 395
Mono County, California (August 4, 2019) – A rider was airlifted after a traffic collision on Saturday afternoon near Topaz Lake, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The incident took place just before 12:30 p.m. August 3, on Highway 395.
CHP said a motorcycle rider collided with the rear of a sport utility vehicle for unknown reasons.

The rider, who was unconscious after the crash, was airlifted to Renown Regional Medical Center. There was no update on the victim’s condition.
No other injuries were reported.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
