Orlando Zapien ID’d as Victim Killed in Modesto Pedestrian Accident at Eighth and I Streets
Modesto, California (December 13, 2020) – The Newman victim who died following a pedestrian accident in Modesto Tuesday morning has been identified as 33-year-old Orlando Zapien.
The deadly train accident happened at Eighth and I streets in the morning hours.
A southbound train reportedly struck Zapien after walking into the its path.
