Modesto, CA: Major Traffic Collision on Highway 99 Saturday Morning
Major Injuries Sustained in Modesto Car Accident on Highway 99 near West Briggsmore Avenue Off-Ramp
Modesto, California (June 21, 2020) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating a Modesto car accident that happened Saturday morning on Highway 99, resulting in major injuries.
The two-car crash happened in the northbound lanes of the highway just south of the West Briggsmore Avenue off-ramp.
One of the vehicles, a Ford Expedition, was found by first responders on the right-hand shoulder.
As per the report, the accident resulted in major injuries. The number of patients, however, was not mentioned. Paramedics responded to the scene to take the victims to the hospital.
At least one of the cars was towed away from the scene.
