Mission Valley, CA: Pedestrian Struck, Injured by Hit-and-Run Driver on Hotel Circle Place
Woman Seriously Injured in Mission Valley Pedestrian Accident on Hotel Circle Place near Hotel Circle North; Driver Arrested

Mission Valley, California (June 26, 2021) – A pedestrian was seriously injured after being struck by a vehicle Friday in Mission Valley, authorities said.
The accident took place on Hotel Circle Place near Hotel Circle North on Friday, June 18.
Witnesses reported seeing a woman on the hood of a moving Jeep on Hotel Circle Place.
Emergency personnel responded to the scene and found the woman unconscious on the street. She was taken to a nearby hospital with skull fractures.
The driver of the Jeep fled the scene before the authorities arrived.
On Tuesday morning, police pulled a white Jeep over on northbound Interstate 15 near the Ted Williams Parkway exit. The driver was eventually arrested in connection with the hit-and-run crash that left the woman injured.
The crash remains under investigation.
