Mikey Nguyen Fatal San Jose Car Accident on Senter Road near Nokomis Drive
San Jose, California (September 18, 2019) – Mikey Nguyen, 8, of San Jose, died days following a traffic collision in San Jose Sunday evening, according to a local news source.
The fatal collision occurred shortly before 4:00 p.m. Sunday, September 8 on Senter Road near Nokomis Drive.
Authorities said a 2018 Honda CRV driven by an adult male with two juvenile passengers slammed into the rear of a white 2019 Tesla on the roadway for unknown reasons.
Victim Killed in San Jose Crash ID’d as Mikey Nguyen
All the injured parties were attended to by emergency teams who arrived shortly after the crash. The three occupants of the Honda were transported to the hospital for treatment of major injuries.
The Tesla driver suffered minor injuries and was also hospitalized. Two other passengers in the Tesla appeared unharmed in the wreck.
Nguyen who was riding as a passenger in the Honda succumbed to his injuries at the hospital on Wednesday, September 11.
