Merced County, CA: Fiery Big Rig Accident on Highway 152
2 Injured in Fiery Merced County Truck Crash on Highway 152 and Road 9

Merced County, California (June 23, 2020) – Two people were injured in a big rig accident on Tuesday morning in Merced County, according to authorities.
The deadly crash transpired at about 6:00 a.m. on Highway 152 and Road 9.
The California Highway Patrol said a car was traveling southbound on Road 9 when the driver allegedly ran a stop sign and collided with a diesel truck hauling garlic.
The two vehicles spun out of control, and the big rig caught fire following the collision.

The big rig driver sustained minor injuries while the car driver suffered a broken leg.
