At Least 1 Injured in Merced Car Collision at McKee Road and Brookdale Drive

Merced, California (July 28, 2019) – At least one person was hurt when two vehicles collided Saturday afternoon at an intersection in Merced, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The incident transpired at about 3:51 p.m. at McKee Road and Brookdale Drive.
A gray Chevrolet Volt and a black Chrysler collided under unclear circumstances. Debris from the crash was scattered in the roadway.
At least one person sustained a possible head injury in the crash. An ambulance responded to the scene to offer medical aid. It was not clear if the victim was hospitalized.
The Chrysler was towed away with major front-end damage.
CHP is investigating the collision.
