4 Hospitalized after Merced Crash at R Street and Loughborough Drive
Merced, California (March 9, 2019) – Four people were hospitalized Saturday morning after a traffic accident involving four vehicles at an intersection in Merced, according to a local news source.
The wreck was reported to police at around 11:57 a.m. at the intersection of R Street and Loughborough Drive, located just in front of the Target store.
Police said three vehicles were stopped at the intersection when they were hit by the rear car.
Four people were taken to the hospital with unspecified injuries. Their names and conditions at this time remained unknown.
An investigation into the crash is underway.
